We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, however we appreciate that occasionally your items may arrive and not be quite what you hand in mind. With our no quibbles guarantee you can return your purchase to us in its original condition (shrink-wrap, wrappers and tags) within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for your items.
Items need to be returned at your cost, unless they are defective, in which case we will pay the return delivery costs. We are proud that our No Quibbles guarantee gives you more than your statutory rights, so we ask that you use this policy fairly.
The DVDs and CDs can only be returned if in their original sealed shrink-wrap.

Yoga Studio wholesale price match guarantee
If you find wholesale products of the same quality (like-for-like quote) from another supplier for less than the price we charge, we’ll drop our price to match. The quantities need to be similar and the cost needs to include the final delivered cost i.e. after shipping costs have been applied. Our shipping charges are particularly low, so it’s important these are taken into account.
Price matching can not be applied retrospectively and there may be some circumstances where we’re unable to match other companies' clearance or sale prices.

What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Terms & conditions (T&Cs)
In order to comply with the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, you must agree to our T&Cs before your order can be processed. By submitting your order, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to our T&Cs. They govern any contract for sale that we jointly enter into and tell you the rights and obligations you have. As a consumer you may have other statutory rights granted by law which are not affected by these T&Cs.
Purchasing from us
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for purposes other than those stated in our without asking your first. If you’d like your details to be removed from our system, email us and we'll do so promptly. We’re not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your payment will be taken prior to sending the goods ordered - usually within 24 to 48 hours of the goods being ordered. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted (for example if we accidentally sell at below our cost price). You can choose to be invoiced in pounds sterling £, or euros € and even US dollars $.
You'll receive confirmation of your order by email. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please let us know immediately. Your confirmation email is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. Invoices via email or sent with the goods (hard copy). We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or if one or more of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to an error. If we do cancel your contract we'll let you know by email and will refund your payment as soon as possible.
VAT & duty
The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (where applicable) at a rate of 20%. Our VAT number is GB 744533334 If you're outside the European Union (EU), VAT is deducted automatically from your order in the shopping basket. If you're outside the UK and inside the EU customer and are VAT registered in your country, please contact us with your VAT number before placing your order so that we can set up your account correctly (so that you are not charged VAT). We are unable to retroactively apply your VAT number to dispatched orders, so please get in touch with us first. If you live outside the EU you are responsible for any local taxes & duties charged in your country. There are no local taxes or duties (other than VAT) in the EU.
Damaged or defective goods
We aim to supply top quality goods, which are completely free from defects in materials and workmanship, but we ask that you inspect your goods for defects or damage once you receive them. If it looks like there might be something wrong with your products, please notify us as soon as possible, so that we can supply you with a free returns label or arrange for their collection at no cost to you. If you choose to post faulty items back to us yourself we’ll refund standard/tracked postage costs, but not special delivery services. Damages and shortages must be notified within 14 working days of delivery (or within a reasonable time after discovery of the problem). Please be sure to retain all documents and packaging. You’re entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund, or have the faulty goods replaced free of charge. If you tell us about a problem after 14 days after delivery (or after a reasonable time of discovery) we’re entitled to either replace the goods free of charge or give you a refund.
You can track most orders online using the tracking number sent to you by email when your order is shipped. Please let us know as soon as possible if your order hasn't been delivered.
Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and are not guaranteed (unless specifically described as such). As we're sure you know, nothing is 100% (especially when it involves the roads), and very occasionally the 'next day' service isn't. Generally, however, there's no problem and your order will arrive as planned.
In the UK, parcels sent via courier usually take 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch to arrive. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your notification of dispatch if the goods have not been delivered. Although we may still be able to trace your items after this time we will not consider claims for lost items after this period. Parcels sent via Royal Mail usually take 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch to arrive. If your package has not turned up after this time, and you have not received a card, it is often worth checking with your local mail delivery office in case they are holding it for you (for example if it does not fit through your letterbox).
We can't be responsible for lost parcels if you enter an incorrect delivery address on your order. Please check your order carefully before you submit it. If you do spot an error let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to rectify it.
Returns (retail customers)
Returning or exchanging goods
You can return part or all of your order and receive a refund or exchange for an alternative item within 30 days after you have received the order. The products must be undamaged, unused and complete, together with relevant tags and branded packaging. This applies to all products except those that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and DVDs/CDs that have been opened. These can only be returned at our discretion. This is the industry standard.
The goods are your responsibility until they arrive here, so we suggest you obtain free proof of postage when you send your parcel from a UK Post Office. Items need to be returned at your cost, unless they're defective or sent in error, in which case we'll pay the return delivery costs. If you ask us to arrange a courier collection to return goods someone needs to be present when the courier comes.
If we arrange a courier collection and you are not there, we reserve the right to pass on the costs incurred to you. Please contact us for a returns. We'll refund the total amount of money due to you within 30 days from the day on which we receive your return (but usually much quicker than that - usually on the day of receipt). Refunds for returned goods will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. If you are exchanging goods, we will usually pay the postage for shipping a replacement item. Check with us if you want to be certain as this may not apply to wholesale orders.
These rights do not apply to custom made goods, ie goods which are tailored to your own specifications (such as a custom printed yoga mat).
Cancelling your contract
You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund including basic delivery costs within 14 days after you have received your order. You must notify us of your intention to cancel within the 14 days by phone, post or by emailing us on [email protected] This applies to all products except those that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and DVDs/CDs that have been opened. These can only be returned at our discretion.
The products must be returned undamaged, unused and complete, together with the relevant tags and branded packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive here, so we suggest you obtain free proof of postage when you send your parcel from a UK Post Office. Items need to be returned at your cost, unless they're defective or sent in error, in which case we'll pay the return delivery costs. If the goods are bulky we can organize a courier collection for you at a flat fee of £12.00 per parcel if collecting from UK mainland. The parcel must not exceed 30kgs in weight (inclusive of the packaging) and the length and girth must not exceed 300cm, where the maximum length allowed is 150cm. For example: if the length is 150cm, the maximum girth ( 2 x height + 2 x width) allowed would be 150cm.
If you ask us to arrange for a courier collection to return goods, someone needs to be present when the courier comes. If we arrange a courier collection and you are not there we reserve the right to pass on the costs incurred to you.
We'll refund the total amount of money due to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive your return (but usually much quicker than that - usually on the day of receipt). Refunds for cancelled orders will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. Wholesale and or re-seller customers must contact us before returning goods. The Consumer Rights Regulations do not apply to Business Customers. Goods cannot be returned after 30 days from delivery under any circumstances. Custom made goods ie goods which are tailored to your own specifications (such as custom printed yoga mats) are non-returnable (unless faulty). If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. If you have a credit account with us payment is due in the number of days specified in the invoice. If payment is not received within the timescale stated on the invoice we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Barclays Bank base rate both before and after judgement.
