Returns & Exchange Policy -
We pride ourselves on Customer Satisfaction. We know how important it is to feel protected and secure when shopping online. That's why we go out of our way to make sure that's how you feel when shopping with us every time.
No Quibbles Guarantee:
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, however we appreciate that occasionally your items may arrive and not be quite what you hand in mind. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return to us within 30 days of purchase.
For larger items it may be more convenient for you if we arrange collection (mainland UK only), if this is the case please call us on 01202 721912 to make arrangements.
All returned items must be in their original saleable condition. This means that all clothing must have hang tags still attached. Yoga mats, props and all other equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return. Refunds and exchanges are processed in our warehouse once the item/s are received back by us.

Postage Costs -
The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us, we recommend sending items back using a tracked service. You may be able to claim compensation through your chosen postage service if you have proof of postage.
Refund Process -
Items can only be refunded back to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 working days after receipt of the return.
Hygiene Policy –
We do not except returns on yoga mats which have been opened or used, these are classed as a hygiene product and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. We also cannot except returns on underwear i.e Sports Bras unless they are in there original wrapper/cellophane or branded wrapper.
If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative product (Size,Colour) please get in contact with us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your name order number and what you would like to exchange. You will then need to post the item back to us and pay a fee of £1.95 for the return postage. This can be paid via paypal using the send money option to email@example.com.
All exchanges are subject to availability, we will advise you if the item is out of stock by return. Your items must be sent back to us properly folded in the original packaging and in an unworn condition.
Damaged or Defective Goods -
We endeavor to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems so that we can arrange for their collection at no cost to you, we will send you a prepaid returns label via email/post for you to return the item. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.
